Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, halved
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded
  • ½ cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish; top with shredded cheese. Layer with chicken, sauce and dressing; salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Add top halves of rolls. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake 10-14 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 12 servings.

Note: cover with aluminum foil if sandwiches begin to brown too quickly.
