Bacon Potato Quiche Recipe
It takes only 10 minutes of prep time to provide your family with this warm, delicious quiche.
- 1¼ cups hot water
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3-4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 9-inch refrigerated or frozen pie crust
Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Let stand 5 minutes. Place cheese and bacon in pie crust; pour in egg mixture over. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
