In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and Bacon Bacon. In another bowl, pour ranch dressing. Dredge chicken strip in ranch dressing, then in breadcrumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is crisp and golden brown.
Note: This recipe works great to freeze as well. Place prepared chicken strips on press-n-seal wrap or in between sheets of parchment paper and then place inside freezer bag.
