Rub Garlic Pepper Seasoning on both sides of chops; wrap with 2 slices bacon. In a small resealable freezer bag, combine mustard with 3 Tbsp reserved pineapple juice. In a gallon resealable freezer bag, add chops, pineapple and any remaining juice; toss gently. Tuck small bag into larger bag; freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°. Place chops in a baking pan, bake 35-40 minutes, uncovered, remove and brush chops with mustard and pineapple juice mixture and bake an additional 15-25 minutes until chops are pull-apart tender. Makes about 6 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does it get any better than bacon wrapped pork?! This was simply amazing! I did broil it for the last 5 minutes to crisp up the bacon and caramelize the pineapple. This is definitely going in my menu rotation! Family LOVED IT!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most tender pork chops I've ever made The pork chops were so tender. The only thing I wish I could've figured out was how to brown them a little more. They stayed pretty bland looking, but the flavor definitely made up for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was amazing! Made this as part of the Practically Paleo Freezer Meal Workshop and it was delicious. Will absolutely be making it again. I served it with a salad and some green beans lightly sprinkled with Seasoned Salt. One of the best meals I've ever made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So moist and flavorful! Made this recipe as part of the Practically Paleo Freezer Meal Workshop that I did. WOW! We loved these - juicy and fork tender. So much flavor. I made brown rice as a side dish and the put a little of the pan juices on the rice. Definitely making again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two thumbs up from the whole family!! Okay, so full disclosure here--I DESPISE mustard. I only used the glaze on the pork chops that were mine. But my husband, my four year-old AND my six year-old all agreed that this one is a winner! Love the combination of the salt from the bacon and the sweet from the pineapple. Garlic Pepper definitely MAKES this dish. Can't wait to make it again!!!
