Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, fry bacon until partially cooked but not browned; remove to clean paper towels.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper. Wrap with bacon and place on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer. Cut into slices and drizzle with Bayou Bourbon Glaze.
