Heat grill or broiler. Combine ground beef, ½ cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze, bacon and half of the onions; shape into 6 patties, about ½-inch thick. Grill or broil patties 10-14 minutes, turning once, to desired doneness. Place cheese on top of burgers; heat 30-60 seconds longer or just until cheese begins to melt. Place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, remaining onions and glaze. Makes 6 servings.
