Bayou Bourbon Chicken and Slaw Sandwiches Recipe

This recipe requires Create Magic Pulled Chicken recipe.

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine Create Magic Pulled Chicken, Bayou Bourbon Glaze and ¼ cup Vidalia Onion Dressing; simmer on low 20 minutes. Salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Meanwhile, combine slaw with remaining Vidalia Onion Dressing.
  3. Serve chicken on buns; top with coleslaw.
Makes 6 servings.

Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc

Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine step 1 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Place remaining ¼ cup Vidalia Onion Dressing in a quart freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest chicken sandwich! Ok so we are not coleslaw fans so we skipped that but this sandwich was so easy to prep and even easier to put together the night we ate it! There is a hint of sweet that puts it over the top! (And I usually don't like sweet) you have to try this!
