A HUGE HIT!
My family loved this recipe! My littler kids had trouble holding the filling in the lettuce cups, so I turned it into a salad for them and they were thrilled. We will be making this again!!!

lettuce wrap extraordinaire!
I'm not a pepper person so i added chopped up zucchini and water chestnuts instead! Perfect for al fresco dining on a warm evening.

Great meal!
I really loved this lettuce wrap recipe though I left out the bell pepper. Also the directions mention carrots, which I did add, but the ingredients do not list them so I was unsure how much to use. I just grated a handful and thought this turned out delicious!

Amazing family dinner!
