Bayou Pork & Asian Slaw Sandwiches Recipe

This recipe requires Creating Magic Pulled Pork recipe.

  1. In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; add slaw mix and toss to coat. Set aside. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers and onion to skillet; salt and pepper as desired. Sauté 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add Creating Magic Pulled Pork; sauté 3-4 minutes or until heated through and slightly crispy. Toss with Bayou Bourbon Glaze.
  3. Place pulled pork mixture in toasted rolls. Top with slaw mixture.

Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Place first 4 ingredients in a quart freezer bag. Place peppers and onions in a quart freezer bag. Place Creating Magic Pulled Pork in a quart freezer bag. Place Bayou Bourbon Glaze in a quart freezer bag. Place all bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
