Preheat oven to 375°. Add mix to beverage in a bowl; stir for 20-30 seconds. Do not over mix; batter will be lumpy.
Spread batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Pour melted butter on top if desired. Bake 50-55 minutes until loaf is golden brown.
Cool completely before serving. Makes about 14 servings.
Add 2 Tbsp. water in addition to 12 oz. beverage.

For Cheddar bacon bread, add 3-4 Tbsp. Bacon Bacon™ and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
For salsa bread, replace beer with 12 oz. tomato juice; add 2 Tbsp. Simply Salsa™ Mix and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
For sturdy sandwich bread, add 2 eggs to the batter along with the beer.
For mini-loaves, reduce bake time by 10-15 minutes.
To bake in an 8 x 8 pan, reduce bake time by 5-10 minutes.
