  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In large bowl combine first 3 ingredients; stir for 20-30 seconds. Do not over mix; batter will be lumpy.
  3. Spread batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with sugar. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool completely.
