Butterscotch Breakfast Bread

Just another great idea on how versatile the beer bread is. It's for breakfast too!!

My family loves the ease of magic chicken for a grab and go meal.

The butterscotch chips helped make this Beer Bread sweet, but not too sweet for breakfast! Love it to share!

I made this using ginger beer instead of cream soda. It was amazing!

I made 3 loaves. 2 ladies at work ate the first one in record time. The other 2 were demolished at a family gathering. So easy to make and quite the crowd pleaser.

I wanted to try using my beer bread as a dessert, I found a recipe for Butterscotch Bread. Let me tell you...It was so good!!!! I actually toasted a slice of the bread and put some butter on top. Oh my goodness!!!! I added a glass of milk with my butterscotch bread and enjoyed every bite!!!!
