Caramel Apple Hot Toddy Recipe

  • 5½ cups hot water
  • 2 cups brandy
  • 1 package Caramel Apple Cider Mix
  • 13 whole cinnamon sticks, divided
  • Aerosol whipped cream

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in an 8-cup or larger slow cooker. Stir to dissolve Caramel Apple Cider Mix.
  2. Keep on WARM or LOW until ready to serve. Alternatively, keep warm in large saucepan on the stovetop over low heat.
  3. To serve, place 12 cinnamon sticks in 12 mugs. Fill with cider mixture. Top with whipped cream.
  4. Using a microplane or fine grater; grate remaining cinnamon stick over whipped cream. Serve immediately.

Makes 12 servings.

Make ahead: Combine step 1 in a half-gallon pitcher up to 1 day ahead. Refrigerate. Continue with step 1.
