    Delicious Enchiladas!

    Super flavorful and easy to make! I omitted the green chilies and it's still so good! Cooks up in no time.

    Very Flavorful

    I made these with Simply Salsa instead of the Salsa Verde as I didn't have any. I also used cheddar cheese. I did have Magic Pork on hand. This is so easy and has a ton of Flavor. Mine were a little spicy due to the Simply Salsa!

    Super easy and everyone loved them!

    I used magic chicken and had that ready in the fridge, so these were super easy and my 8 year old daughter loved helping put these together. Both her and my 3 year old gobbled them up! I didn't have any cummin so we skipped that and these were super mild which was perfect for us, but it would be really easy to customize add heat to these.
