Cinnamon Muffin Melt Bars Recipe
Our signature Cinnamon Muffin Melts made into bars.
- 6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) melted butter
- 1 egg
Combine Muffin mix packet with butter and egg; blend until dough forms. Press into greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Cinnamon coating from second packet*. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned and barely set. Do Not Overbake. Cut into bars. Makes 12 servings. *Use remaining Cinnamon coating on hot, buttered toast or sprinkle on French toast.

These have always been one of my #1 favorites, however, I just tried them in bars instead of muffins and I highly recommend it! It's a lot easier and tastes just as good! They are awesome with coffee in the morning! The taste for me is like a mix of Thanksgiving AND Christmas! I think it's because of the cinnamon and nutmeg. OMG they are SO good!!
