- In a gallon freezer bag, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 1 tablespoon Citrus Herb Seasoning and mustard. Add salmon. Seal well and toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Combine broccoli, remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and remaining 1 tablespoon Citrus Herb Seasoning on baking sheet. Toss to coat. Move to one-half of baking sheet.
- Remove salmon from marinade; discard bag with marinade. Place salmon, skin-side-down, on other half of baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer and broccoli is tender and lightly browned.
