Assembly instructions: Combine ingredients, except rice, in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Seal well, label and freeze.
Cooking instructions: Thaw completely; place in a greased slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 6-7 hours or bake in 350° oven for approximately 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Drizzle sauce over chicken and serve over rice if desired. Makes 6 servings.
