    Yum Yum!

I made the Creamy Bayou chicken but I put it over egg noodles. Next time I will put it over rice.

    Love the Bayou!

This was easy to make, and you can't go wrong with Bayou Bourbon and chicken. We grilled the chicken first and then finished in the oven.

Very Tasty and Love it as a freezer meal!

Love to get this all prepared in my freezer bag and freeze - then pull out and put in slow cooker! LOVE THIS!

    Super easy

I put this together in the morning before going to work, which took 5 minutes placed it in the fridge and asked my husband to put it in the oven when he got home from work. I got home about an hour later and the chicken was done perfectly, my 4 year daughter and husband both loved this. Goes perfectly with green beans with Season Salt.

    Love it!

I made this with mashed potatoes on the side and used the extra sauce as gravy. Turned out awesome!

    Great easy meal!

I only had 2 chicken breasts, so I cut down the recipe in half. I ended up baking the chicken in an 8x8 pan lined with tinfoil (easy cleanup!). The chicken was moist and delicious. I served it with boiled zucchini fries and discs (which I made with TS’s Roasted Garlic Oil). All this over rice, and a drizzle of Bayou Bourbon Glaze (which I did by putting it in a baggie and cutting off a corner). Super easy, and accessible! This recipe creates nearly a whole meal with just a few (tastefully)simple ingredients!

    Creamy Bayou Chicken Review

This was a family favorite. I made it in a freezer meal workshop and it is now on rotation in my household. It is really good!

    Time question

Sounds delicious, but bake at 350 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours? Even my soup-based rice/chicken bakes only cook for 45 minutes. Is this a misprint?

    Great in the oven too!

I cooked this in the oven for about 30 mins with thin 'even cook' chicken breasts and served it over noodles and it got rave reviews from the whole family.

    Good

tasted great but needed 7.5-8 hours for decrease in amount of liquid otherwise watery.
