ingredients

  • 1 (19 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, cut in half
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) container grape tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) chunk Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 (6 ounce) can small black olives, drained

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool down; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk and Garden Veggie Cheese Ball Mix.
  3. Add tortellini and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
