- In a gallon freezer bag, combine beef, mushrooms, 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil, Garlic Garlic Seasoning and mustard; salt and pepper as desired. Seal well; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- In another gallon freezer bag, combine green beans, remaining 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil and Citrus Herb Seasoning. Seal well; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove steak and mushrooms from marinade; discard bag with marinade. Thread onto skewers in desired pattern. Place a grill basket on grill.
- Place skewers on grill and green beans in grill basket. Grill, turning skewers and stirring green beans occasionally, until desired doneness of beef is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 8-10 minutes and green beans are desired doneness.
Makes 6 servings.
Alternative Stovetop Directions: In 2 large skillets over medium-high heat, sauté beef and mushrooms in one skillet and green beans in the other until desired doneness, about 6-8 minutes.
