  • 1½ tablespoons OR 1 Dinner Mixer packet Garlic Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
  • 2 servings leftover Korean BBQ Chicken Taco meat
  • 1 cup cooked brown or white rice

This is a leftover recipe for Slow Cooker Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos

  1. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning and water. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds.
  2. In medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and garlic mixture. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Stir in leftover chicken and rice. Continue to stir-fry until heated through.

Makes 2 servings.

Work Lunch Suggestion: Prepare through step 2. Remove from heat. Stir in step 3 (do not continue cooking); divide between 2 microwave-safe storage containers. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
