Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, delicious. Definitely a freezer staple I love magic chicken! This new blend makes it so easy to make a batch of chicken. Two capfuls, a little water & my prep is done! I weigh my chicken & portion in 3oz baggies for easy lunches for one. 1 minute in the microwave from the freezer, mix with my favorite sauce, another 30 seconds and I’m all ready to top a salad or make a wrap. I only gave this 4 stars because I find the left over broth is a little salty for my taste & I no longer can save it for future uses. (Side note: but I do not find the chicken salty.)
