- In large bowl, combine beef, sausage and 1 tablespoon Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix. Form into 6 patties; set aside. In microwave-safe bowl, combine tomatoes, pepperoni and 2 tablespoons Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix; set aside.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix. Continue sautéing until golden brown. Remove from pan; keep warm.
- Reduce skillet heat to medium. Add patties to skillet. Pan-fry until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, turning once, about 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, microwave marinara sauce, covered, on HIGH at 30-second intervals until hot.
- Turn broiler on HIGH. Place toasted ciabatta roll halves on a foil-lined baking sheet, insides up. Top with burgers, marinara sauce, mushrooms and cheese slices. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Place patties between sheets of wax paper in a gallon freezer bag. Place marinara sauce mixture in a quart freezer bag. Place remaining 1 tablespoon Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix in a quart freezer bag. Place all bags in a gallon freeze bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 2.
