This Blueberry cheesecake was so easy and absolutely scrumptious! I've been asked to make it again, multiple times. Even someone who isn't a fan of blueberries or cheesecake said it was really good... that is high praise! This is also a recipe that can easily be made from scratch for an even more decadent feel-- homemade crust, homemade cool whip, and homemade blueberry preserves. This is my new favorite cheesecake!

Amazing Flavor!! ?

The whole family LOVED and wanted to eat the whole pan! Even my son, who doesn’t like blueberries, loved and asked for seconds! Amazing flavor and will definitely make again!
