For our family of four (2 teenage boys) this is great. I have enough for all. I have made it just by the recipe and have added in cheese, and zucchini was great. Really hits the spot in your tummy when you are hungry and just want some soup.

Great with a few extras

This soup is excellent, I add chopped steamed broccoli and cauliflower to it. Along with some cooked and crumbled bacon and a little more cheese! It's fantastic!

Family Favorite

Just add water! We love it and it is so versatile. Add corn to make a chowder, ham, or even more potatoes and it will stretch without losing flavor. We never have leftovers.
