Makes GREAT Chicken Pot Pie
This soup is delicious by itself, but I LOVE to use it as a base for my chicken pot pie.

Better than home made
For years I tried in vane to perfect a potato soup recipe that my husband would like. Personally, I never liked potato soup. That is until I tried this at a tasting party! I brought it home and the hubby went nuts for it, even the picky kids ate it up! It's great straight out of the box or "beefed up" with added cooked chicken and extra veggies. I even used it to make Baked Au Gratin Potatoes!
Perfect for a cold day
My favorite way to serve this one is to add a little cooked turkey or chicken breast to it and serve along side either beer bread or the Perfectly Parmesan biscuits. Makes for a PERFECT cold weather day meal and makes a ton of it too! :)

Best Potato soup ever
This one is always in my pantry. Creamy and just enough Cheddar flavor. I love it on it's own, but my husband prefers heartier meals. So when he is eating with us I will add some diced ham to it.

Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix
I really like the soup, as it is quick and easy and has a great flavor, but I wish the potato's were larger. I usually add the Fiesta Party Dip mix in this too!
