I have made these potatoes for years when I sold TS myself. My nephew loved them so much that they were the one thing I made every year for our Christmas Eve gathering...until I ran out of my supplies. They are fantastic!

So good and so easy!
I made these for dinner tonight and these were very good! I cut back on the garlic garlic a bit (just my preference). They were easy and will definitely appear on the dinner table again. I could even see making these in tin foil packs on the grill.

Best Roasted Potates Yet
Me and my husband loved the roasted potatoes. Very easy to do. I will definitely be adding this to my recipes. I overcooked them purposely to make them extra crispy. Yummy!
