Roasted Potatoes Recipe
The perfect side to any of your family favorite meals.
- 3 unpeeled, diced potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Toss potatoes with olive oil; add remaining ingredients. Spread potatoes on greased baking sheet; bake at 450° for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 3-4 servings.
