Work lunch suggestion: Divide lettuce between 2 large storage bowls. Top with beef, beans, cheese and onions. Place salsa sour cream in 2 small containers and tortilla chips in 2 small bags. Refrigerate all containers up to 1 day. When ready to eat, add everything to bowl, close and shake to combine.
