Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe
Treat your kiddos to these cinnamon, warm-from-oven cookies when they come home from their after school activities!
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix packet 1, melted butter and egg. Blend until dough forms. Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Pour Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix packet 2 into a shallow dish. Roll dough balls in cinnamon-sugar coating.
- Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 11-12 minutes.
Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Place between sheets of Press 'n Seal® plastic, sealing around each dough ball. Place sheets of dough in a gallon freezer bag with packet 2 cinnamon-sugar. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350°F and continue with step 2.

My husband LOVES snickerdoodle cookies and he usually only gets homemade ones at Christmas time. Now he can have them all year long because these are so SIMPLE to make. And he loves that this is a soft, chewy cookie. We also use this mix to make sour cream coffee cake!
