  • 1 packet Southwest Slow Cooker Sauce Mix
  • 3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth

  1. In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
  3. Break into chunks or shred.
