Preheat oven to 375°. Set aside ¼ cup Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®. Combine remaining bread mix, water and olive oil. Mix until soft dough forms. Set aside and let rest 15 minutes. Sprinkle reserved ¼ cup bread mix on a clean work surface. Place the dough on the work surface and press down. Roll the dough very thin (about 1/8-inch thick) using a rolling pin. Place on a greased baking sheet; prick with a fork all over to prevent crust from puffing while baking. Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.
Evenly sprinkle the cranberry relish, turkey, bacon and onion over the crust. Top with provolone cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Remove from oven and top with pecans and lettuce. Serves 12.
