Zesty Vidalia & Bacon Wrapped Chicken

The entire family loves this recipe including my picky husband and 2 kiddos. It's great both in the crockpot or in the oven just depends how much time i have in the given day.

I made this last night for dinner and it was absolutely amazing! The only thing I would do differently next time is to leave it in the oven a couple extra minutes to make the bacon a little bit more crunchy! Otherwise it was GREAT!!!

Too much of the dressing can hinder the taste - too sweet in my opinion. However I tried to keep it lighter by using Turkey Bacon instead of regular so that may have been the issue. I love trying all of these bacon wrapped chicken recipe, and the only reason I gave it a 4 is because I am comparing it to another dish that was even better!

I recently made this dish and it was amazing!!! I used chicken thighs and it was so juicy and flavorful.

We have made this several times, and it's always a hit! We had it again tonight but this time with Boneless Chicken Thighs--tender, flavorful and juicy!

Love this recipe! Just have to figure out how to crisp the bacon a bit. The Vidalia dressing is the best!

I've made this several times now. My husband and I LOVE it. I've also taken it to a family who I set up a meal train for due to a child with cancer. The family has RAVED about this meal. All of them - including 3 young kids LOVED it! The mom said of all the meals delivered to them over 6-8 weeks time, this one was her favorite!
