How to Make ONE Pan Chicken Parmesan

ONE Pan Chicken Parmesan Mix Recipe

Directions

1 packet ONE Pan Chicken Parmesan Mix
¼ cup olive oil
1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces, pounded to ¼-inch thick
2 medium zucchini, cut in half length-wise, sliced 1-inch thick
1 (10 ounce) container grape tomatoes
½ cup marinara sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a gallon freezer bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Seal well and mix thoroughly. Add chicken, zucchini and tomatoes. Seal well and toss to coat well.

  3. Transfer to baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake 15 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven. Top chicken with marinara and cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted and internal temperature of chicken is 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 5 minutes.

    One Pan Yum!!

    I love this one pan mix! It is super easy and it is so delicious. I use the tomatoes and zucchini, but you could easily use broccoli and peppers, or whatever veggies you like. I make sure that the chicken is not on top of the veggies, so it gives it a little more crispness to the coating. I have a family of 3 grown men and they love it! Definitely a winner!!

    Tastes great but the value for the money is absolutely terrible. It's only one recipe worth and isn't really even enough for that. All you get is one tiny package of bread crumbs with some seasoning. I love Tastefully Simple and would rave about many of your products but this one isn't one of those.     Suggestion

    My husband and I love this simple, easy and delicious meal. We used 1/4 cup marinara sauce but added a half a can of Rotel. It added little different flavor.
