What a great simple dessert !!!!!!!!!!!

Was going to let my 5 year old granddaughter make dessert for Sunday dinner. While she was mixing this up, I opened a container of semi-sweet chocolate chips and we added on 5 year old fist full of chips to the batter. Everyone at the table had a fit over this. Got to have more !!

Almond pound cake- the best

Love this pound cake. It is very moist and love the almond flavor. Then you add the warmed up strawberry rhubarb sauce and you're in heaven.

Wonderful Pound Cake!

I usually bake everything from scratch and I have made pound cake before from scratch but I have to say this pound cake was delicious. It was different because of the almond flavor, super easy to make and looked so pretty after if was baked. I sliced it and put fresh strawberries on it and made some whipped cream using heavy cream and powdered sugar. Great summer dessert! My whole family loved it. After the strawberries were gone we all would get slice just plain and eat it and soon it was gone.
