    Every time that I serve this pound cake, my guests rave about it. They always want the recipe. I often serve it with fresh strawberries and whip cream. I refer my guests to my Tastefully Simple dealer, my cousin.

    My daughter told me about this mix so I ordered 2 - one for her and one for me. Sprinkled some shaved almonds to the top before baking and served with fresh strawberries and lite whipped topping. Delicious!!!

    Mixed Berries and Whipped topping torte

    I buy this for my Step-Mom, she makes a wonderful Mixed Berry (Blue Berry, Strawberry, Black Berry, and Raspberry). In a torte bowl layer the following: cut Almond bread into bite size cubes add berries whipped cream (fresh if you can make it) Chill for about an hour before serving (can be made ahead of time but must be refrigerated). *This is almost sinful and a delight (cleanses the palate) after a summertime meal.
