I absolutely LOVE how versatile this pound cake mix is! I love to make muffins with the batter and then add honey roasted almond slivers to the top of them! Of course, I can switch it up and make them into cupcakes by topping the muffins with cream cheese frosting! Check out ALL the recipes for my go to favorite...the possibilities are endless!

My whole family LOVES the Absolutely Almond Pound Cake. It's so easy to prepare and it's very versatile. It tastes great on it's own, baked as mini-muffins, spread with Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread, and the list goes on and on.

Melted butter and water is all you need. Make ahead and freeze for when unexpected company shows up. Super moist - great plain or add some fresh berries.

A perfect pound cake with just a hint of almond! A perfect companion to an afternoon of friends and steaming mugs of tea! I have made this several times and it is always a crowd pleaser! Next time I make it- I will cut it with cubes and layer it with some whipped topping.

Versatile and Delicious
