It's so easy to make and you always have the ingredients on hand. Who doesn't have water?? No one!! Don't have butter? Use margarine, applesauce, coconut oil. I'm sure you'll definitely have one of these in your home. Mix in 2 to 3 minutes, bake for 55 minutes (while you tidy the house) and even the unexpected guest will feel like royalty.

Absolutely My Favorite Cake
Amazing if you can eat it warm but not necessary by any means. So much flavor. Mmmmm. Have used this mix to make thumbprint cookies with Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread as well. So simple, my kids made them and they were out of this world. I just love this cake.

I love having this in my pantry. This is such a versatile mix that it is great for any occasion or if someone happens to stop by because it is so easy to make but tastes like it took a long time to make....must be the love that is put in all Tastefully Simple products.

I get a little excited over this mix. I make this pound cake and I'm lucky if it lasts an hour in our house. So I have to stock up in bulk. You are missing out big time if you've not tried this one!

I absolutely LOVE the Absolutely Almond Pound Cake!!! It smells amazing while it is baking and is a real crowd pleaser as a dessert served with fruit and ice cream, and it is also amazing as a treat with coffee in the morning!
