My husband has never in 10 years I've been with him enjoyed pork. Well now he actually asked me to make this again!! Beyond him loving it, my 2 year old, 6 year old and 7 year old all thought it was great! We used extra sauce from pan to dip our meat in and out some over our smashed potatoes as a gravy style sauce. So good!!
