We had some ground turkey to use up and I thought we would try this recipe. A few recipe notes- since Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar is no longer available I used our regular Aged Balsamic Vinegar. I also think Rustic Herb can be a bit strong so I didn’t use as much as they called for in the burger and Mayo instructions. 
Ground Turkey with shredded apple will be very moist, not as firm as a ground beef burger - this is normal! 
Overall these had a good flavor and were easy to make.
