- Preheat oven to 375°F if assembling and baking right away.
- In a greased 13x9-inch baking dish, combine hash browns, sausage and cheese. In large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over baking dish.
- Bake 60-65 minutes or until eggs are set and knife inserted into center comes out clean (cover with foil if cheese starts to darken too much). Or, cover and refrigerate up to overnight before baking.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
Serve with fresh fruit.

Make Ahead & Freeze
: Combine hash browns, sausage and cheese in a gallon freezer bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°F and continue with step 2.
