Top chicken with provolone cheese and asparagus; roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place on baking sheet, seam-side-up. Bake 15 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
Meanwhile, place cream cheese in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Whisk in milk and Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix; continue microwaving 30 seconds. Whisk in Parmesan cheese; continue microwaving 1 minute or until heated through and smooth.
