Bacon Jam Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

  • 12 medium or large jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and Bacon Pepper Jam until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture in jalapeño halves; place halves on foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove and top with onions.

Tip: Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great football food I used garden vegetable cream cheese. Didn't have the green onions but sprinkled some shredded parmesan over the top before putting in the oven. I'll make these again.
