I've made this in the Crock-Pot as well as in the oven , and the whole family loved it, including the seven and 2 year old who are both picky eaters! Easy prep for making a head, just wrap your chicken and bacon, with your sauce in a ziplock bag. Dump in the Crock-Pot and go!
