- In 3-quart or larger slow cooker, combine all ingredients except broccoli. Cook on LOW 6 hours.
- Stir in broccoli. Continue cooking until broccoli is tender, about 30 minutes.
- If desired, stir in an additional ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve over prepared rice, quinoa or noodles.
Make Ahead & Freeze
: Combine step 1 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze with broccoli. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
