After arriving home after running errands, I looked for a quick and easy recipe to use with ground beef. I found this recipe. It was so easy to prepare and delicious!

A hit!!!
My 17 month old son is on a major carb kick and it's so hard to make a dinner that he will actually eat other than mac and cheese. We tried this and it was hit!! He ate it! Granted he picked out the meat but I didn't have to make him something else. I added a little sour cream in the sauce for a little more tang. We will definitely be making this again!!

Very delicious
This was one of the freezer meals I did recently. One that I didn't have to have too many extras then what was in the bag...and it very delicious. Look forward to making this again!!
