Beer Batter for Fish

Perfect, crispy but melts in your mouth

While on vacay in Florida we used the Bountiful Beer Bread Mix for our fresh gulf fish and it was delish!

Don't know what I did wrong, but it was a terrible batter. Oil was hot but batter just came off fish.

We are not really big fish eaters but I do love a good batch of Onion Rings!! I also made us a bowl of Fiesta Party Dip Mix to dip them in... they were gone in a matter of minutes!

We used this recipe to make beer battered Walleye last night, it turned out awesome. My husband and two year old approved. It had great flavor, was super simple and only used two ingredients to make. We will for sure be using this recipe again.

Love how you can use this for so many servings of fish and I can finally get that 'at the beach" type of fried fish at home! Made it tonight with tilapia but typically we have it with haddock
