I can't say enough about this absolutely delicious recipe! These rarely make it in our soup and salad as when they come out of the oven my family grabs a handful!

BEST Croutons EVER
It is very rare that we have leftover Bountiful Beer Bread - but when we do, this is a MUST!! So good! Amazing atop a salad or just as a crunchy snack!

Great flavor
I was impressed with the ease of making delicious croutons. They were just a touch too sweet for me. I would have added a bit of Seasoned Salt. But overall, yummy!

Simply yummy
I use New Glarus Moon Man. The flavor is wonderful. If you want to use less beer it turns out fine with 3/4 beer (9oz) and 3 oz water
