Preheat oven to 450°. In a large bowl, whisk together first three ingredients, set aside. Cut cauliflower into medium-sized florets; rinse and pat dry. Add cauliflower to batter mixture, toss to coat. Spread coated cauliflower onto a large, greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, tossing cauliflower about half way through for even baking. Remove from oven. Drizzle Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce over cauliflower. Toss to coat. Return to oven; bake 20-25 minutes or until breading starts to crisp, tossing about half way through, picking up excess sauce to ensure even baking. Serve with blue cheese and celery (optional).
