Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets in Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce. Toss well until coated. Bake for about 30 minutes. Excess sauces will begin to pool in the pan. While baking, toss cauliflower 2-3 times to ensure even baking and to redistribute excess sauce. To make an optional dipping sauce, stir together ranch and blue cheese. Serve warm with blue cheese sauce and celery (optional).
