It's a new family favorite! Very easy and quick to prepare. I'll be making this every time I make a batch of magic chicken. If your peppers are on the smaller side, you can easily use 4 instead of 3 for this.

A new stuffed pepper recipe!
We loved how easy this was to make with ingredients we already had on hand including Magic Chicken which is always ready to go in our freezer. Super easy to assemble and delicious flavor. This made a dinner and a lunch for us!

Flavorful and easy!
So easy to prepare and it had great flavor. I used Magic Chicken for my cooked chicken so it had twice the flavor.
I had a little leftover that wouldn't fit in my peppers, so I baked in a small casserole.dish at the same time. I plan to use as a dip with crackers!

Fantastic Stuffed Bell Peppers
